Care Guide

ANGLD knives are not suitable for the dishwasher. For the best care, wash by hand with a mild detergent and ensure the knife is completely dry before storage. We recommend storing the knives in the provided box or on a magnetic knife holder to prevent damage and dulling of the blade.

Sharpening:

Thanks to the premium steel used in ANGLD knives, our blades retain their edge 2–4 times longer than standard stainless steel knives. When the time eventually comes to refresh the blade, we recommend using a rolling sharpener or visiting a professional knife sharpener.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Delivery towards locations in the Netherlands usually takes up to 5 business days.
International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping.

How do I keep my knives sharp?

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
Which knife can I use for what?

Every knife has its own distinct functionality. We recommend checking the individual product pages to see the intended use for each blade.
My knife has light rust spots, what can I do?

While AUS-10 steel is known for its corrosion resistance, high-carbon blades can occasionally develop surface rust. These spots are easily removed with a Rust Eraser. Finish by applying Ballistol oil to condition and protect the blade.
